This is a Mac Plus I found in a charity shop here in Brussels. 
They are getting harder and harder to find and go for lots of money on eBay. Fear not, simply click here to download a PDF file that will allow you to build your own Plus! I recommend using a sharp pair of scissors and super-glue, paper glue just takes too long to dry and is very messy. The finished article should look something like this :-
