Lambretta bits in the post
Finally found a front mudguard for the Lambretta from Beedspeed It’s based on the front mudguard from a Suzuki RGV, recast in GRP (I think).
Also found a small racing seat which appears to be for a Vespa but I’m hoping I can get it to fit. The last bit is a new choke cable but I forgot to order a brake light switch. I’ve gone through two now as the pattern ones going around seem to be very fragile.
Update : The bits arrived on Friday. It seems Beedspeed forgot to include the cushion for the seat. They say they are going to try and find one and send it on. The front mudguard is really a bit too modern, I should have expected it but it doesn’t go with the rest of the look. The choke cable took a lot of work to get it to fit. For some reason the nipples are way too big for both the choke handle and carb end.
