Lambretta – Flywheel, stator and mag housing removal
My order from Cambridge Lambretta Workshop arrived with a fly wheel puller and clutch compressor. I got the flywheel, stator plate and mag housing off last night. I think I will replace the stator with a 12v electronic version. The engines seller gave me a spare flywheel as this one was missing a couple of fan blades.

Next step is to remove the drive side of the crank and get the crank itself out. After that its more engine casing cleaning with Gunk and wire wool and also decide on which kit to use. I also got some clutch plates and racing springs so I will also fit them.
I’m thinking of not taking the gear box apart. Other seals and bearings look to be in good condition so I’m hoping the gearbox won’t need any work.
