Lambretta stuff from the UK
I was on holiday in the UK the last two weeks to see my family. I found some Lambretta related stuff.
My sister lives in Brighton so I took the opportunity to visit a shop called “Jump the Gun” which is probably the coolest mod/scooterist shop there is. I’ve been looking for a new helmet for ages but could never find the right one. That’s a Davida, they’re really nice.
I found the Lambretta bowling shoes in a car boot sale in my parents village in Wales for two pounds!
It was the annual Ace Café “Mods vs Rockers” run to Brighton, there was also motorbike sprinting on the sea front. I hadn’t realised it was all on until we were driving home and there were lots and lots scooters and rocker style BSAs and Nortons on the roads.
